Modedu – Sydney Private Tutoring Subscription Service

Welcome to Modedu – Sydney Private Tutoring, where we are committed to providing high quality educational support personalised to your child’s needs. Before starting your program with us, please review the following terms and conditions outlining your subscription with our service.

1. Subscription Activation and Account Creation:

To access your Complimentary Trial and continue with our lessons, you must ‘Sign Up’ on our website. During this process you will be need to select a date for the trial , information about the subject that your child needs help with , which type of package you want to start with and your program start date.

You will also need to join our discord server that way you can engage with our Sydney Based Private tutors and participate in our community hub. This is where your child will have access to 24/7 Subject Support

2. Subscription Continuation and Billing:

Following the trial lesson, billing will commence upon the selected program start date and package selected. Customers upon signing up will need to commit to a minimum of 12 weeks; however, should you find our services unsatisfactory, termination of your account and subscription is permissible with one week’s notice. 

3. Flexible Subscription Management:

We understand the importance of flexibility in your journey with Modedu. Therefore, should you require holiday breaks, we offer the option to pause your subscription for up to two weeks. Additionally, any missed lessons will be credited back to your account, provided you maintain an active subscription.

4. Payment Options:

We provide two convenient payment options for your subscription:

(1) A 12-week Upfront Payment Completed by Bank Transfer or
(2) A Weekly Direct Debit Deduction. Please be aware that for direct debit payments, a 3% surcharge, facilitated by our payment portal Stripe, will apply.
