Our Application Process

Our hiring process comprises three essential steps, enabling us to assess your qualifications, internal motivations for teaching, and teaching experience. We believe in building a team of passionate educators dedicated to empowering students to reach their full potential.

Step 1:

Submit your Resume

With an attached cover letter detailing your story!

We're eager to learn more about your university studies, your performance in the HSC, and what drives your interest in tutoring.

Step 2:

Interview Session

If your resume passes our criteria you'll be invited to a interview with our management team!

In this interview, we'll evaluate your communication skills, emotional maturity, and teaching experience.

Step 3:

Video Submission

The Final Step involves a video submission of you teaching any concept or topic!

In this final step, the video interview, we aim to assess your creativity in utilizing technology, as well as your capability to articulate and explain concepts effectively.

Once all the steps are completed you'll be notified within

2-3 days about your outcome!
